HERALD HOLD (00114) announced that the Group expects the net profit attributable to shareholders for the year ending March 31, 2025 to be in the range of HK$25 million to HK$35 million (for the year ending March 31, 2024: a net loss attributable to shareholders of HK$14.4 million). This change is mainly due to realized and unrealized gains from trading securities of approximately HK$15 million (for the year ending March 31, 2024: a net loss from realized and unrealized gains from trading securities of HK$3 million), as well as cost savings achieved through effective control measures.
