On the news front, China and the United States issued a joint statement to reduce tariffs on each other and establish mechanisms for ongoing negotiations. The U.S. will retain the remaining 10% tariff, while canceling or suspending other additional tariffs; China will make corresponding adjustments to the ad valorem tariffs imposed on U.S. goods. Cinda previously pointed out that since the announcement of the tariff policy, high-quality domestic consumer electronics stocks have seen a significant pullback, with valuations now showing significant room for improvement.
