The property is located at 4497 Friendship Road, Bldg.100, Buford, Georgia 30519, Atlanta, Georgia, the U.S., with a space of approximately 320,603 square feet.
The Board believes that entering into the lease agreement provides an opportunity for the group to expand its global logistics network and footprint, aligning with its overall strategic direction to become a leading global artificial intelligence logistics technology services group. The property under the lease agreement will be used as the company's self-operated warehouse in the U.S.
