TCL ELECTRONICS (01070) surged more than 3%, reaching 2.97% at the time of writing, at 9.73 Hong Kong dollars, with a turnover of 43.3989 million Hong Kong dollars. CICC released a research report stating that TCL ELECTRONICS announced 1Q25 TV shipment data: the company's global TV shipment volume was 6.51 million units, up 11.4% year-on-year; among them, Mini LED TV's global shipment volume was 550,000 units, up 233% year-on-year, accounting for 8.4%; the global shipment volume of high-end quantum dot TV was 1.33 million units, up 74.9% year-on-year, accounting for 20.4%. With the advancement of high-end and large-screen strategies, coupled with government subsidies, the company's global TV sales increased by 22.3% year-on-year, with the average selling price up 9.8% year-on-year, and the product competitiveness continues to improve. The bank pointed out that since the beginning of 2024, TCL has firmly implemented the strategy of "TCL+ Thunderbird" in the domestic market, and its market share has continued to increase. In 1Q25, the company's shipment volume in China was 1.532 million units, up 11% year-on-year, with sales up 35% year-on-year, and the average shipment price up 22% year-on-year. The proportion of large-screen and Mini products continues to increase. In the Chinese market in 1Q25, the shipment volume of products of 65 inches and above increased by 18% year-on-year, accounting for 55%, up 3.5 percentage points year-on-year; the shipment volume of products of 75 inches and above increased by 21% year-on-year, accounting for 35%, up 3 percentage points year-on-year; the shipment volume of Mini LED increased by 341% year-on-year, accounting for 17.6%, up 13.2 percentage points year-on-year.
