LUZHOU BANK(01983): Sichuan Financial Regulatory Bureau has approved Fan Jingdong's qualifications as an independent director.

LUZHOU BANK (01983) announced that on April 28, 2025, the bank received the "Reply on the Qualification for Independent Director of Fan Jingdong at LUZHOU BANK Co., Ltd." (No. [2025]87) issued by the Sichuan Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. According to relevant regulations, the Sichuan Regulatory Bureau has approved Mr. Fan Jingdong's qualification as an independent director, with his term of office effective from April 27, 2025. Mr. Fan Jingdong's term as a member of the Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the Board of Directors also takes effect from the same day.
