Industrial Internet Operating System Industry Alliance Established in Shenzhen

The CEIC 2026 Consumer Electronics Innovation Conference was held in Shenzhen from the 22nd to the 24th. During the event, the Industrial Internet Operating System Industry Alliance was established at the Embodied Intelligence Industry Forum of the CEIC 2026. Li Qingxin, a researcher at the Shenyang Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, shared the technical architecture of the industrial internet operating system. He stated that for embodied intelligence to be deployed in factories, two business linksthe design domain-manufacturing domain and the management domain-control domainneed to be connected to achieve the integration of all elements: people, machines, materials, processes, and environment. The industrial internet operating system needs to meet four core requirements: cross-domain and cross-platform design, trusted task execution, model migration consistency, and adaptation to multiple hardware devices.
