US stocks close: The three major stock indices closed mixed.

The Dow fell 0.46%, the S&P 500 rose 0.32%, and the Nasdaq rose 1.10%. RKLB rose 15.37%, Coherent Corp rose 13.54%, Airbnb rose 11.69%, Axon Enterprise fell 18.05%, and Microchip Technology fell 10.14%. Among the "Magnificent Seven": Tesla rose 4.18%, Nvidia rose 2.87%, Meta Platforms rose 0.84%, Google rose 0.75%, Amazon fell 0.33%, Apple fell 0.51%, and Microsoft fell 0.98%.
