Zhitong Finance APP news, Anoky (300067.SZ) issued an announcement that, in order to further expand its computing power services business and enhance the company's independent operating capability and comprehensive competitiveness in the computing power services field, the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Yantai Anoky Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name), and, with this wholly-owned subsidiary as the implementation entity, plans to invest RMB 580 million to build an intelligent computing center project. The funds required for the project will be invested by the company in installments according to the project construction progress using its own funds or self-raised funds. The main computer room engineering of the intelligent computing center covers a total site area of 1,728 square meters, with a building area of 3,456 square meters. According to the plan, in the final phase, 20 sets of micro-modules can be deployed, providing a total of approximately 400 racks.
