Anhui Expressway (00995.HK) and other members of the S24 consortium and Changgao Expressway Company establish a joint venture company

Zhito Finance APP News: Anhui Expressway (00995.HK) has issued an announcement that on November 6, 2026, the Company entered into the S24 Joint Venture Agreement with the other members of the S24 Consortium and reached agreement on the relevant arrangements for the establishment of the S24 Joint Venture Company. The total capital contribution by the Consortium and the government investor representative Changgao Expressway Company to the S24 Joint Venture Company will amount to RMB 1.313 billion, of which Anhui Transportation Holding Group, the Company, Kaiyuan Road & Bridge Company, Shuian Construction Company, Changgao Expressway Company, Jiaokong Engineering, Jiaokong Construction and Xunjie Logistics will contribute RMB 637 million, RMB 26.27 million, RMB 328 million, RMB 197 million, RMB 65.67 million, RMB 39.40 million, RMB 13.13 million and RMB 6.57 million, respectively. The initial registered capital of the S24 Joint Venture Company upon its registration and establishment is RMB 100 million.
