Bilibili-W (09626.HK): Completion of Tencent Note Subscription and Concurrent Tencent Repurchase

Zhitong Finance APP news, Bilibili-W (09626.HK) issued an announcement regarding, among other things, (i) Tencent (through its subsidiaries) subscribing for notes with an aggregate principal amount of US$200 million; and (ii) the company repurchasing from Tencent (through its subsidiaries) US$200 million of certain existing Class Z ordinary shares and American depositary shares held by Tencent. The Tencent note subscription and the concurrent Tencent repurchase were both completed simultaneously on November 5, 2026 (after the Hong Kong trading session).
