Qichacha APP shows that recently, China Coal Pingshuo Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Xingfa as the legal representative and a registered capital of 7.6 billion yuan. Its business scope includes new material technology research and development; manufacturing of special equipment for oil refining and chemical production; manufacturing of high-performance fibers and composite materials; sales of coal and coal products, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by China Coal Energy.
