Russian industrial facility in Ryazan damaged in drone attack

Governor Pavel Malkov said on social media that industrial facilities in Russia's Ryazan region were damaged and caught fire after a large-scale drone attack overnight. Falling debris damaged power transmission lines, causing power outages in parts of Ryazan. Note: Ryazan is home to a large Rosneft refinery with an annual capacity of about 17 million tons; the governor did not specify which industrial facilities were damaged.
