Approaching the midday break, there was localized movement in the central state-owned enterprise concept sector. Zhongcheng Co., Ltd. shot straight up to the daily limit, marking two limit-up days in three sessions, while Zhongyou Technology rose over 10%. Zhongfang Standard, China CAMC Engineering, China Railway Prefabricated Construction, and China Haisheng were among the top gainers.
