("Nanjing Yifeng") and Nanjing Yunhang Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) ("Nanjing Yunhang"), persons acting in concert with one of the company's actual controllers, intend to transfer a total of 20.7538 million shares of the company's unrestricted tradable shares, accounting for 10% of the company's total share capital, to Ma Jun and Xinjingshuo (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xinjingshuo") respectively by way of agreement transfer.
