APOLLO(00860.HK) completes the placement of a total of 75 million placing shares.

Zhitong Finance APP News, APOLLO (00860.HK) announced that all conditions set out in the placing agreement dated October 8, 2026 (as supplemented by the supplemental placing agreement dated October 11, 2026, collectively the "Placing Agreement") have been fulfilled, and completion of the placing took place on November 4, 2026 in accordance with the terms of the Placing Agreement. The placing agent has successfully placed a total of 75,000,000 placing shares to three placees at a placing price of HK$0.59 per placing share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Placing Agreement, representing approximately 7.34% of the issued share capital of the Company immediately before the placing and approximately 6.83% of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged by the allotment and issue of all the placing shares as at the date of this announcement.
