Dongyangsun announced that its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Dongyangsun Industrial Development Co., Ltd., increased its holdings of the company's shares by 25.2844 million shares through centralized bidding from October 26 to November 4, 2026, accounting for 0.84% of total share capital, with an increase amount of RMB 597 million. This increase plan has not yet been fully implemented; after the increase, the combined shareholding ratio of Shenzhen Dongyangsun Industrial and its concert parties rose from 53.48% to 54.32%, with the equity change reaching the 1% threshold.
