(605100.SH) announced that the company's controlling shareholder Engineus Power Holding Inc. proposed that the company repurchase part of its issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares) through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system by way of centralized bidding, and the repurchased shares will be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives, or to safeguard the company's value and shareholders' rights and interests. The total amount of funds for repurchasing shares shall be no less than RMB 15 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 30 million (inclusive).
