Because the merger transaction with Qorvo was completed only after the end of the fiscal quarter, this quarter's financial report still reflects Skyworks on a standalone basis, making it the last "standalone scorecard" before the merger closing. The company also provided guidance for its first quarter after the merger and said it aims to achieve more than $500 million in annual cost synergies within 24 to 36 months after closing.
