RoboSense (02498) Completes Proposed Disposal

Zhitong Finance APP news, RoboSense (02498) issued an announcement regarding matters related to the Group's proposed disposal of certain target businesses and assets to the buyer pursuant to the transfer agreement. As agreed between Shenzhen RoboSense and the buyer, the last condition precedent under the transfer agreement was fulfilled on November 3, 2026, and therefore the proposed disposal has been completed (the "Completion") in accordance with the terms and conditions of the transfer agreement.
