(tentative name, the final name shall be subject to the approval of the registration authority, hereinafter referred to as "Zowee Nanchang" or the "Target Company"), with a registered capital of RMB 102 million (including RMB 42 million in monetary contribution and RMB 60 million in fixed asset contribution).
