Ebola deaths in the Democratic Republic of the Congo exceed 5,000 cases.

The National Institute of Biomedical Research of the Democratic Republic of the Congo released data today showing that as of October 29, the cumulative number of deaths in the country's current Ebola outbreak exceeded 5,000, reaching 5,026, with 10,351 cumulative confirmed cases and a mortality rate of 48.6%.
