Listed futures companies report collective profit growth in the first three quarters as industry-wide differentiated transformation accelerates.
This week, the four A-share listed futures companies completed disclosure of their 2026 third-quarter reports. Data showed that in the third quarter, the four companies' performance diverged, with only Nanhua Futures achieving year-on-year growth in both operating revenue and net profit attributable to shareholders. However, looking at overall performance in the first three quarters, all four futures companies achieved year-on-year growth in operating revenue and net profit attributable to shareholders, and A-share listed futures companies as a whole maintained a growth trend in operations. Industry insiders believe that the expansion of futures market trading volume, continued growth in client equity, and the sustained entry of institutional funds have provided strong support for industry development. Looking ahead to the full year, futures industry performance is expected to maintain positive growth, but affected by factors such as business structure, market volatility, and operating models, the divergence in futures companies' performance may continue. At the same time, with growing industrial hedging demand and further deepening of the institutionalization trend, differentiated transformation of futures companies will also usher in new development opportunities.
