Zhitong Finance APP News, Qiaoyang International Holdings (08070.HK) announced that effective November 1, 2026: Mr. Lin Chunlei will resign as independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of each of the nomination committee, audit committee, and risk management committee; and Mr. Zhang Hanhui will be appointed as independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of each of the nomination committee, audit committee, and risk management committee.
