Hua Oil Energy (01251) Successfully Wins the Bid for the Development Project of Block 207 in the Talara Oilfield, Peru

Zhitong Finance APP News, SPT Energy (01251) announced that on October 26, 2026, the Company received official notice from Peru's state oil company PERUPETRO S.A. that the Company has successfully won the bid for the development project of Block 207 in Peru's Talara oil field, obtaining the right to sign the oil and gas exploration license agreement for the project block. According to the bidding document arrangements and the project award conditions, the Group will obtain the oil and gas exploration and development rights for the project after completing subsequent contract negotiations and signing procedures, with a term expected to be 30 years.
