Chuanghui Jewelry (08537) intends to acquire the remaining 55% equity of Zhuohui Jewelry Limited for HK$19.4 million.

Zhitong Finance APP news, Chuanghui Jewelry (08537) announced that on October 30, 2026, the company's direct wholly-owned subsidiary Depasser Group Holdings Company Limited intends to acquire 55% of the issued share capital of Zhuohui Jewelry Limited from Mr. Fu Zhenqiang and Ms. Fu Danling for a consideration of HK$19.4 million.
