On October 29, Hainan Computing Power Technology Co., Ltd. and Tencent Cloud officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in areas such as computing infrastructure, large model Token services, and AI office applications, jointly creating an integrated "AI + computing power" solution for the Hainan government and enterprise market. At the Token cooperation level, the two parties will conduct Token-related business cooperation around artificial intelligence large model services, jointly exploring commercialization paths for innovative business formats such as Token going global and cross-border computing power export. At the computing power cooperation level, Tencent Cloud will provide Hainan Computing Power and its served customers with computing resources and supporting services covering high-performance computing, intelligent computing power, storage, and networking, supporting the large-scale training and inference needs of the provincial-level artificial intelligence public service platform with stable and elastic computing power supply.
