In the first three quarters, all regions and departments earnestly implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, improved the cultural industry system and market system, implemented proactive cultural and economic policies, continuously promoted innovation in cultural industry formats, focused on enriching the supply of cultural products and services, the cultural market was prosperous and active, the operating revenue of cultural enterprises maintained steady growth, and new cultural industry formats continued to play a leading role. The operating revenue of cultural enterprises above designated size maintained steady expansion. In the first three quarters, enterprises above designated size in the national culture and related industries achieved operating revenue of 10,821.0 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.3%.
