Honghui Fruits and Vegetables announced that in the third quarter of 2026, it achieved operating revenue of 207 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.41%; net loss was 2.7611 million yuan, turning to a loss year-on-year. In the first three quarters of 2026, it achieved operating revenue of 625 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.19%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 2.4079 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 77.66%; net profit attributable to the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 1.7075 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 84.91%. The changes in performance were mainly due to a decline in revenue from the fruit and vegetable business, an increase in preliminary expenses for newly established subsidiaries, an increase in loan interest arising from the acquisition of Shimei Pharmaceutical, and the inclusion of Shimei Pharmaceutical in the consolidation scope in June.
