Tianyancha App shows that Tesla Auto Sales Service Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Wang Hao as the legal representative and registered capital of US$1 million. Its business scope includes automobile sales, complete vehicle sales of new energy vehicles, and wholesale of auto parts. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Tesla Motors Hong Kong Limited.
