Vantone Development: Net loss of 101 million yuan in Q3 2026

Vantone Development announced that in the third quarter of 2026, operating revenue was 211 million yuan, up 61.88% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders was a loss of 101 million yuan, and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was a loss of 139 million yuan. In the first three quarters of 2026, operating revenue was 440 million yuan, up 38.67% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders was a loss of 315 million yuan, and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was a loss of 344 million yuan. The company said the revenue growth was mainly due to the consolidation of subsidiary Shudu Technology into the scope of consolidation.
