Zhito Finance APP has learned that Knight Frank has released its latest "Hong Kong Quarterly Market Report." The report shows that some property market segments continued to improve, with the leasing market's Grade A office supply tightening, active residential transactions, and stronger visitor spending providing support to the market. The firm expects the residential market to remain stable through the end of the year, with transaction volume growth continuing to outpace price growth, and forecasts full-year home prices to rise 8-10% year on year.
