Nexchip (02249.HK): Chairman Cai Guozhi proposes share repurchase

Zhitong Finance APP News, Nexchip (02249.HK) announced that the board of directors of the Company received a letter dated October 27, 2026 from Mr. Cai Guozhi, Chairman of the Company, titled "Letter Regarding the Proposal for Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation to Repurchase the Company's Shares." Mr. Cai Guozhi proposed that the Company use its own funds and/or self-raised funds to repurchase the Company's issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares) and overseas-listed foreign shares (H shares).
