NVIDIA and Oracle expand AI infrastructure collaboration, Vera Rubin system deployment scale to reach multi-gigawatt level.

On October 27 local time, NVIDIA and Oracle announced that they will expand the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure superclusters equipped with NVIDIA's Vera Rubin NVL72 system to the multi-gigawatt scale, and will officially offer the Vera Rubin NVL72 system and Vera CPU cloud services. Oracle also plans to launch the HGX Rubin NVL8 system equipped with 8 Rubin GPUs to support frontier model training, inference, and agentic applications. The two parties said that this collaboration aims to improve GPU utilization and provide scalable computing power for AI workloads.
