Zhitong Finance APP News, Estun (02715.HK) announced that on October 27, 2026 (after trading hours), the company signed the "Property Rights Transaction Contract" with Seller A for the acquisition of 19.4574% equity interest in Estun Jiangsu Intelligent, with a consideration of approximately RMB 211 million. Upon completion of Acquisition A, the company will hold 69.608% equity interest in the target company, which will remain a subsidiary of the company, and its financial results will continue to be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
