Hengyi Holdings (01894.HK): Hao Ying Financing Limited appointed as independent financial adviser

Zhitong Finance APP News, Hengyi Holdings (01894.HK) announced that Good Profit Capital Limited (the Independent Financial Adviser), a licensed corporation permitted under Chapter 571 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance of Hong Kong law to carry on Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity, has been appointed as the Independent Financial Adviser to provide advice to the Independent Board Committee (comprising all independent non-executive directors, namely Mr. Chen Junrong, Mr. Ou Kaifeng and Mr. Ban Jiu) and the Company's qualifying shareholders in respect of the partial offer, in particular whether the terms of the partial offer are fair and reasonable, and whether the partial offer should be accepted and approved. The appointment has been approved by the Independent Board Committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
