Sigenergy (06656): Chen Liyan Appointed as Joint Company Secretary

Zhitong Finance APP News, Sigenergy (06656) announced that Ms. Lai Ho-yan (Ms. Lai) has resigned from (i) the Company's joint company secretary (Joint Company Secretary); (ii) the Company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Listing Rules) (Authorized Representative); and (iii) the Company's authorized representative in Hong Kong as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and the authorized person for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong as required under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules (Process Agent), with effect from October 23, 2026.
