Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology: Building a World-Class Token Distribution and Trading Platform

The Beijing Municipal Economic Operation Press Conference for Industry and Information Software in the First Three Quarters of 2026 was held today. Zhang Jinrui, Director of the Digital Industry Division of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, introduced that during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, Beijing will focus on continuing to make efforts in the following three areas: First, enhance token supply capacity, formulate tiered evaluation standards for Beijing token factories, build a world-class cluster of token factories, and improve the supply capacity of high-quality tokens; second, smooth the circulation and trading system, issue evaluation standards for token distribution platforms, create a world-class token distribution and trading platform, enhance access capabilities across models, modalities, and computing power platforms, and provide developers with unified interfaces, model aggregation, and token metering and settlement services; establish objective and fair token performance standards to provide reference for market pricing, intelligent routing, and other purposes; third, deepen integrated scenario applications, thoroughly implement the artificial intelligence application demonstration project, and use scenario innovation to drive industrial clustering.
