CCCC: Subsidiary intends to redeem all US$500 million subordinated guaranteed perpetual securities

China Communications Construction Company Limited announced that its subsidiary issuer CCCI Treasure Limited has issued a redemption notice to redeem all of the US$500 million 3.650% subordinated guaranteed perpetual securities on December 22, 2026, at the principal amount together with accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date. As of the announcement date, the outstanding principal of the securities is US$500 million. Upon completion of the redemption, there will be no securities in issue, and the issuer will apply to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to withdraw the listing of the securities.
