Zhitong Finance APP News, TravelSky Technology (00696.HK) announced that, with effect from October 23, 2026, Ms. Tian Miao ceased to act as the authorized representative of the Company for accepting service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong as required under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), and Mr. Liu Yan has been appointed to act as the authorized representative in place of Ms. Tian Miao.
