Zhitong Finance APP has learned that on October 23, the Hong Kong government announced that the Chief Executive has appointed former Court of First Instance judge of the High Court, Paul Wilson, as Chairman of the Market Misconduct Tribunal and the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal, with terms effective from December 1, 2026 and January 1, 2027 respectively, for a period of three years.
