Zhitong Finance APP News, Jin Sangzi (06896.HK) announced that on October 22, 2026, Guangxi Jin Sangzi, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (as lender), entered into a loan agreement with Mr. Zeng Yong (as borrower), pursuant to which Guangxi Jin Sangzi has agreed to provide a loan of RMB 55 million to Mr. Zeng Yong, with a term of one year from the drawdown date.
