PW Medtech (01358.HK): Proposed termination of listing of Sichuan Ruijian Medical

(Sichuan Ruijian Medical, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, whose shares are listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), stock code: 874652), informing that on October 21, 2026, the board of directors of Sichuan Ruijian Medical resolved: (i) to propose the voluntary termination of the listing of Sichuan Ruijian Medical shares on the NEEQ; and (ii) to take measures to protect the rights and interests of shareholders of Sichuan Ruijian Medical who dissent from the proposed termination of listing.
