Zhitong Finance APP News, Beijing Infrastructure Investment Transportation Technology (01522.HK) announced that, effective October 22, 2026, Mr. Ren Yuhang has resigned as a non-executive director and ceased to serve as chairman of the Board, chairman of the Nomination Committee and the ESG Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee; Mr. Wang Daomin has resigned as a non-executive director; Mr. Li Yi has been appointed as a non-executive director; Mr. Liu Yu has been re-designated from a member of the ESG Committee to chairman of the ESG Committee, and has been appointed as a member of each of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee; and Ms. Wu Ying'en has been re-designated from a member of the Nomination Committee to chairman of the Nomination Committee, and has been appointed as a member of the ESG Committee.
