From Yuzhi Agriculture (00875.HK): Completion of Placing of a Total of 140 Million Placing Shares, Raising Net Proceeds of Approximately HK$32.9 Million

Zhitong Finance APP News, Congyu Zhinong (00875.HK) announced that all conditions precedent set out in the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and the placing was completed on October 22, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placing agreement. A total of 140 million placing shares (representing approximately 16.7% of the issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement immediately following completion) have been successfully placed at the placing price of HK$0.24 per placing share to not less than six placees.
