Hello Hitch ride-hailing drivers report that order messages contain coded solicitation for prostitution; the platform says the ordering account has been banned.

Some Hello Hitch car owners have reported encountering suspected solicitation messages in order comments when accepting orders, drawing attention. On October 22, Hello told reporters regarding this matter, "Using the platform to post coded language to divert traffic is a new type of gray-industry behavior, and the platform resolutely cracks down on it. We have banned the account that posted the order and have urgently checked all risk points, while simultaneously upgrading the risk control model and verification mechanisms. Going forward, the platform will also preserve relevant clues and hand them over to the competent authorities for handling in accordance with the law."
