Silver Age Technology: Sues Six Shareholders for Allegedly Improperly Obtaining Control of the Company

date
22/10/2026
Silver Jubilee Technology announced that the company has filed a lawsuit against Peng XX and five other defendants on the grounds of a shareholder qualification confirmation dispute, requesting confirmation that they constitute persons acting in concert, that the company shares held by them be calculated on a combined basis, and that the six defendants may not acquire the plaintiff, and that the shares exceeding 5% may not exercise voting rights or other shareholder rights within 36 months. The company believes that the six defendants failed to disclose the process of changes in their interests and intended to acquire the company under the premise of concealing the acting-in-concert relationship, which constitutes improper acquisition of control of the company. The court has accepted the case for filing, but has not yet held a hearing.
