A plot of land in Songjiang District, Shanghai, has been sold, and the Lixing high-end intelligent assembly system project has been implemented.

On October 21, Plot No. ZS-21-004 in the Zhongshan Subdistrict Industrial Zone of Songjiang District, Shanghai, was publicly listed and transferred through the Shanghai Land Exchange Market, and was won by Lixing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. This project is a high-end intelligent assembly system intelligent manufacturing base project. The winning bidder is Lixing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., whose wholly-owned controlling parent company is Lixing Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. In accordance with relevant industrial access requirements, the total project investment is approximately RMB 208 million, and the project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2029. After reaching full production, annual sales revenue is expected to be approximately RMB 500 million, and tax revenue at full production is expected to be approximately RMB 31.1 million.
