General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 149 of 2026

Based on relevant Chinese laws and regulations and the provisions of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding phytosanitary requirements for fresh berries from the Kyrgyz Republic exported to China, the import of fresh berries from the Kyrgyz Republic that meet the relevant requirements is permitted effective immediately.
