Rubio says Ukraine would cease to exist without US support.

The reports said that SpaceX CEO Musk recently ordered a slowdown of the Starlink satellite system's services, and that Ukraine relies on Starlink to defend against Russian air strikes. The reports, citing multiple anonymous US and other country officials, said that after news of the Starlink slowdown became public, Musk communicated with Trump about it; other people familiar with the matter said that Musk, as a Trump ally, had already discussed the Starlink throttling matter with White House officials before the measure was implemented.
