Zhitong Finance APP News, TOPSTANDARDCORP (08510) announced that on October 19, 2026, the Company's direct wholly-owned subsidiary Top Thinker Group Limited (the subscriber) entered into the agreement with Mr. Ta Shun Dher, Mr. Koh Chee Loong, Ms. Siew Y'ng-lyn and the target company Aori Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., pursuant to which the subscriber has agreed to subscribe for, and the target company has agreed to issue and allot, 53,920 subscription shares at a subscription price of RM1 per subscription share (equivalent to approximately HK$1.8), and the consideration for the subscription is RM53,920 (equivalent to approximately HK$97,056).
